Refund + Return Policy

Items must be sent or brought back to The Shoppe 660 within 7 days of pick-up or delivery if you would like a refund or exchange for any reason. You must FIRST contact me to let me know there’s an issue, do not send/bring back product without talking with me first.  

( There are no refunds for custom orders or preorders - if there is an issue with a custom or preorder, please reach out to me & I’ll see what we can do to make it right.)

If shipping, you must send the tracking information to shopattheshoppe@outlook.com or to Shelley directly. If dropping off at The Shoppe 660, you must contact Shelley and bring the order back within the 7 days.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. If items are returned damaged, washed, worn, or dirty your refund will not be issued. 

Any items that are customized or bought on sale (discount code OR from sale category) are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued. 

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued as store credit that you can use when shopping at The Shoppe 660.
